An apartment maintenance emergency typically includes situations such as burst pipes, gas leaks, electrical outages, flooding, fire, or any other issue that poses an immediate threat to the safety and well-being of residents or significant damage to the property. For maintenance emergencies, please contact us immediately through your Entrata Resident Portal mobile app.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through your Entrata Resident Portal either online via your computer or through the Entrata Resident Portal App.

Depending on the nature of the emergency, you can contact your property phone number directly.  Even if your call is outside of business hours, we have an answering service that will ensure your emergency is communicated to our On-Call Team.  If the issue is more pressing and requires the assistance of the police, fire department, or hospital services, we request that you contact those services directly for the quickest response time.

At Affiniti managed properties, we want to do all we can to ensure you are well taken care of.  Our goal is to address your maintenance requests within 24 hours of submission during regular business hours and as soon as possible for maintenance emergencies.  With that said, there are several things that you can do yourself.   These include regular cleaning to keep everything working efficiently, preventative measures such as using drain screens and being mindful of what is flushed down the toilet, and basic repairs such as changing a light bulb or batteries in a smoke detector.  Most of all, reporting problems as promptly as possible helps to ensure that a minor issue does not become a more significant problem.
